    *   We use professional printing equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the printing process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards.

3.  Paper Stock:

    *   The final printed product will be on the paper stock as agreed upon in the order details. If the specified paper stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar quality paper stock.

4.  Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our printed products. This includes any damage by the cellophane sticky seal, please be careful when removing your items from the packaging, we are aware of what this looks like. Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed product. 

5.  Returns and Refunds:

    *   We do accept returns & refunds in its original packaging and within 14 days.
