Bespoke favour boxes

1. Labour

* Each box may have slight variations/imperfections in size, colour, dried flowers and printed tags. These variations/imperfections are part of the unique charm of handmade items and are not considered defects. And are acceptable within industry standards. Favour boxes do not come assembled except at an additonal fee. 

2. Production Time

* As each box is handmade, please allow 4-8 weeks for production. This time frame may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order, if you need your order faster additional costs may incur (rush fee).

3. Returns and Exchanges

* Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or not as described.

4. Liability

* Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5.  Material Stock/Modifications:

    *   The final product will be on the stock as agreed upon in the order details. If the specified stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar quality stock.These favours are made using real dried flowers, variations of flower bunches, bows, tags are expected.

You can change the colours of the dried flowers upon request, wait until you have received confirmation, as it may not always be the case that we can accomodate unless you have paid a custom fee then we can guarantee a change. Font style can also be changed at an extra fee.

Please note previews are sent at an extra charge, and that this WILL delay production timeline. This can be from customers wanting to see, the colour of the ribbon, floral arrangement, text on tags are all the above combined.

Please note you cannot modify anything on these boxes other than what is listed when you are placing your order. If you are precisely wanting a specific colour please pay a fee to ensure your requests is guaranteed (if you do not pay a fee, our artists interpretations will be inherent in the process), if you put in a request, we confirm, but take no payment, note that your request cannot be guaranteed.
