Colour Variation:

    *   Please note that there may be slight colour variations for orders over the quantity of 100 and colour is dependent on our artist(s) therefore their own interpretations will be inherent in the process. 

   *   Please note that we will only use two colours, if you input more than two.

   *   Please note that lip balms lids may be off different colours including, white, pink, purple,  green, orange, blue and mint.

Printing Process:

    *   We use professional printing equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the printing process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards. If writing is not readable will use a thicker font.

Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our printed products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed product.

    *  Please note that the bulk of this price is due to the fact it is bespoke not down to materials.

Returns and Refunds:

    *   Due to the custom nature of printed products and the fact these are makeup products, we STRICTLY do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the printed product is defective or does not match the digital proof.

Modifications:

    *   Any modifications/digital proof approvals to the design but not limited to text, WILL incur additional charges and WILL delay the production timeline. In some cases we reserve the right to substitute materials if the specified stock is unavailable. Custom fee charges apply if you would like to approve colour way.
