    *   Please note that there may be slight colour variations between the pictures displayed on photo products and what you recieve. This is due to monitor callibrations & lighting. 

2.  Printing Process:

    *   We use professional printing equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the printing process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards.

3.  Paper Stock:

    *   The final printed product will be on the paper stock as agreed upon in the order details. If the specified paper stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar quality paper stock.

5.  Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our printed products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed product.

6.  Returns and Refunds:

    *   Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the printed product is defective or does not match the typography on the approved digital proof.

8.  Modifications:

    *   Any modifications to the design may incur additional charges and may delay the production timeline. This is for the design on the border but not limited to the text.
