Proof Approval:

    *   It is your responsibility to carefully review the digital proof for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, layout, and design. Once you approve the digital proof, we are not liable for any errors that appear in the final printed product.

Printing Process:

    *   We use professional printing equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the printing process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards.

Paper Stock:

    *   The final printed product will be on the paper stock as agreed upon in the order details. If the specified paper stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar quality paper stock

Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our printed products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed product.

Returns and Refunds:

    *   Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the printed product is defective or does not match the approved digital proof.

Modifications:

    *   Any modifications to the design after the digital proof has been approved may incur additional charges and may delay the production timeline.
