Colour Variation:

    *   Please note that there may be slight colour variations for your orders and colour/text font is dependent on our artist(s) therefore their own interpretations will be inherent in the process.

Printing Process:

    *   We use professional printing equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the printing process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards. 

i.e Mehndi according to the oxford language dictionary is spelt as MEHNDI, not mehendi, mendhi, mehendhi etc. this is also applied to the word Dholki, derived from the word dhol. Not dolki, or dolkhi etc, futher note any text wanted that is long willbe cut short to fit the cups, so the integrity of the design isnt ruined and text is legible.

Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our printed products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed product.

Returns and Refunds:

    *   Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the printed product is defective or does not match the digital proof.

Modifications:

    *   Any modifications/digital proof approvals to the design but not limited to text, may incur additional charges and may delay the production timeline.
