Colour Variation:

    *   Please note that there may be slight colour variations for orders and colour is dependent on our artist(s) therefore their own interpretations will be inherent in the process.

 Process:

    *   We use professional painting equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards, expect some opaqueness in the writing/ paint streaks or different pattern variation.

Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our printed products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product. 

Returns and Refunds:

    *   Due to the custom nature of printed products and the fact these are makeup products, we STRICTLY do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective.

Modifications:

    *   Any modifications/digital proof approvals to the design but not limited to text, WILL incur additional charges and WILL delay the production timeline. In some cases we reserve the right to substitute materials if the specified stock is unavailable.
