Printing Process:

    *   We use professional equipments and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the printing process & foiling process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards. 

Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our printed products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed product.

Returns and Refunds:

    *   Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the printed product is defective or does not match the digital proof.

Modifications:

    *   Any modifications/digital proof approvals to the design but not limited to text, may incur additional charges and may delay the production timeline.
