1. Labour

* Each favor bag is handmade and may have slight variations/imperfections in size, colour, dried flowers and foil application. These variations/imperfections are part of the unique charm of handmade items and are not considered defects. And are acceptable within industry standards.

2. Production Time

* As each bag is handmade, please allow 4-8 weeks for production. This time frame may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order, if you need your order faster additional costs may incur (rush fee).

3. Returns and Exchanges

* Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or not as described.

4. Liability

* Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5.  Material Stock:

    *   The final printed product will be on the paper stock as agreed upon in the order details. If the specified paper stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar quality paper stock.These favour bags are made using real dried flowers, variations of flower bunches are expected.
