IMPORTANT NOTICES !

1.  Colour Variation:

    *   Please note that there may be slight colour variations between the digital proof displayed on your screen and the final printed product. This is due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes. 

2.  Proof Approval:

    *   It is your responsibility to carefully review the digital proof for any errors, including but not limited to spellling, grammar, layout, and design. Once you approve the digital proof, we are not liable for any errors that appear in the final printed product. 

3.  Printing Process:

    *   We use professional printing equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the printing process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards. 

4. Materials :

    *   The final printed product will be on the paper stock as agreed upon in the order details. If the specified paper stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar quality paper stock. Please note that you cant change the colour of the frame instead that it will incur an extra charge. 

5.  Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products (e.g if our couriers have delivered the parcel damaged) as frames are provided free of charge. Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed product (illustration drawing).

6.  Returns and Refunds:

    *   Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the printed product is defective or does not match the typography on the approved digital proof.

8.  Modifications:

    *   Any modifications to the illustration after the digital proof has been approved may incur additional charges and may delay the production timeline. Additional charges will also incur if the integrity of the design or text layout is changed and may delay production timeline. You cannot change the colour of the frame this will be randomised, from a selection of white, black and wooden frame and in some cases gold or silver (rarely). Should you want a specific colour this will incur an additional charge.
