* Each candle set is handmade and may have slight variations/imperfections in size, colour, and paint application. These variations/imperfections are part of the unique charm of handmade items and are not considered defects. And are acceptable within industry standards.

2. Production Time

* As each candle is handpainted, please allow 4-8 weeks for production. This time frame may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order, if you need your order faster additional costs may incur (rush fee).

3. Returns and Exchanges

* Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or not as described.

4. Liability

* Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5.  Material Stock:

    *  If the specified stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar quality stock.
