IMPORTANT NOTICES !

1.  Colour Variation:

    *   Please note that there may be slight colour variations including the digital proof displayed on your screen and the final printed product. This is due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes.

2.  Proof Approval:

    *   It is your responsibility to carefully review the digital proof for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, layout, and design. Once you approve the digital proof, we are not liable for any errors that appear in the final printed product.

3.  Printing Process:

    *   We use professional printing equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the printing process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards.

4.  Paper Stock:

    *   The final printed product will be on the paper stock as agreed upon in the order details. If the specified paper stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar quality paper stock.

5.  Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our printed products, nor any information we havent been made aware of (i.e add ons, separate invites etc). Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed product. 

6.  Returns and Refunds:

    *   Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the printed product is defective or does not match the typography on the approved digital proof.

8.  Modifications:

    *   Any modifications to the design after the digital proof has been approved will incur additional charges and will delay the production timeline. This is for but not limited to the text. If specified stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar or better quality stock.
