    *   Please note that there may be slight colour variation

2.  Process:

    *   We use professional printing equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the printing process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards.

4.  Stock:

    *   The final product will be on the stock as agreed upon in the order details. If the specified paper stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar quality stock.

5.  Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, grammatical errors, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product.

6.  Returns and Refunds:

    *   Due to the custom nature of printed products, we STRICTLY do not accept returns or offer refunds, if the printed product is defective or does not match the typography on the approved digital proof, a replacement can only be offered.

7.  Modifications:

    *   Any modifications to the design/text will incur additional charges and will delay the production timeline.
