Reserved linen seating cloth, a beautiful way to honour your loved ones, these people are so close to our hearts they deserve a chair dedicated to them so that we can remember them always, a sentimental touch to your big day.

*please note we recommend using heavy duty double sided tape to stick onto the chair to prevent it from slipping on ( please make sure you do ask permission/advice from wedding vendors) 

*please note if you require a different font this comes at an extra charge 

*please note you will be held liable for any incorrect spelling should you realise after you receive your product, make sure to read diligently before you place the order and correct any errors, what ever you type it will be copied and pasted. 

*please note that this cloth will have creases in it due to it being folded these can be taken out with a steam iron, we recommend a steam generating iron

*please note slight marks such as faint lines or dots may appear this is completely normal and doesn’t affect overall functionality of the product 

*please note the sides of our linen clothes are frayed this is completely normal

2.  Proof Approval:

    *   It is your responsibility to carefully review the digital proof for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, layout, and design. Once you approve the digital proof, we are not liable for any errors that appear in the final printed product.

3.  Printing Process:

    *   We use professional equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards.

4.  Paper Stock:

    *   The final printed product will be on the paper stock as agreed upon in the order details. If the specified paper stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar quality paper stock.

5.  Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our printed products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed product.

6.  Returns and Refunds:

    *   Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the printed product is defective or does not match the typography on the approved digital proof.

8.  Modifications:

    *   Any modifications to the design after the digital proof has been approved may incur additional charges and may delay the production timeline. This is for but not limited to text.
