Terms & Conditions – Sliding Wedding Invitations

1. Order Confirmation

By placing an order with us, you confirm that all information provided, including names, dates, times, venues, spellings, wording, and any other details, is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

2. Artwork Proofs & Approval

A digital proof of your invitation will be emailed to you for review before printing.

It is your responsibility to carefully check every aspect of the artwork, including but not limited to:

• Spelling and grammar
• Names and titles
• Dates and times
• Venue details
• Contact information
• Layout and design
• Colours (please note colours may vary slightly between digital screens and the final printed product)

Printing will only begin once we have received your written approval by email.

Your email approval confirms that the artwork is correct and authorises us to proceed with production.

3. Customer Responsibility

Once artwork has been approved, no further amendments can be made without additional charges, provided production has not already commenced.

We cannot accept responsibility for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies that were present on the approved proof.

Should reprinting be required due to an approved error, this will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.

4. Printing & Materials

Our sliding wedding invitations are professionally printed on high-quality 200gsm glossy photo paper.

Please note that slight variations in colour, brightness and finish may occur due to differences between digital displays, printers and production batches. These variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

Our sliding invitations are handcrafted using premium glossy photo card. Due to the nature of the sliding mechanism and the flexibility of the material, slight movement, flexing or bowing of the outer sleeve may occur when the insert is operated. This is a normal characteristic of the product and does not constitute a manufacturing defect or fault.

5. Personalised Products

All invitations are bespoke and made specifically to your requirements.

As personalised items, they cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged once production has commenced, unless they are faulty or not as described.

6. Production Times

Estimated production times begin only after final artwork approval has been received.

Any delays in approving proofs may delay your estimated completion and dispatch date.

7. Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier or postal service.

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, adverse weather, industrial action or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

If the issue is found to be our error or a manufacturing fault, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

9. Design Ownership

All invitation designs, artwork, layouts and graphics remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Designs may not be copied, reproduced, altered or used commercially without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order supplied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
