IMPORTANT NOTICES !

1.  Colour Variation:

    *   Please note that there may be slight colour variations between the digital proof displayed on your screen and the final printed product. This is due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes.

2.  Proof Approval:

    *   It is your responsibility to carefully review the digital proof for any errors, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, layout, and design. Once you approve the digital proof, we are not liable for any errors that appear in the final printed product.

3.  Printing Process:

    *   We use professional printing equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the printing process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards. (Small print of names may appear illegible however, this is not a defect as it isnt an integral part of the design, please also be aware writing MAY appear ‘fuzzy’ to some this is not a defect, as we use textured card to print these on so is considered normal for these minor imperfections to occur)

4.  Paper Stock:

    *   The final printed product will be on the paper stock as agreed upon in the order details. If the specified paper stock is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar quality paper stock.

5.  Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our printed products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed product.

6.  Returns and Refunds:

    *   Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the printed product is defective or does not match the typography on the approved digital proof.

8.  Modifications:

    *   Any modifications to the design after the digital proof has been approved may incur additional charges and may delay the production timeline. This is for but not limited to text.
