    *   Please note that there may be slight colour variations for orders over the quantity of 100 and colour is dependent on our artist(s) therefore their own interpretations will be inherent in the process. Please also note there will be a slight gap at the back of the cup.

    *   We use professional printing equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results. However, minor imperfections may occur during the printing process, which are considered acceptable within industry standards.

Liability:

    *   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our printed products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the printed product.

Returns and Refunds:

    *   Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the printed product is defective or does not match the approved digital proof.

Modifications:

    *   Any modifications to the design may incur additional charges and may delay the production timeline.
